Pocket Pita - Four 5 oz Pita 12oz 4 Packs of Cinnamon ToastWe take our three ingredient dough sprouted organic wheat, filtered water and a small amount of sea salt we take that naturally leavened dough and hand shape into round patties then bake. These patties pocket in two to three minutes and they are done. They are gorgeous, durable (stuffable), and if you cut them around the seam, they make a great bun. We size them a little smaller than most standard pita because we love to toast them. In the toaster,
