Circa 1895 1910. Bezel set at the center of the brooch is one (1) natural round sapphire weighing approximately 0. 10 carat. The sapphire has been routinely heated to achieve its attractive blue hue. The brooch has fleur de lis accents along with floral details with a soft, textured finish, done by hand. The brooch
